احتفلت جائزة دبي الدولية للقرآن الكريم بختام فعاليات مسابقة الشيخة هند بنت مكتوم للقرآن الكريم في دورتها الرابعة والعشرين، في مقر جمعية النهضة النسائية بدبي
وعرض فيلم تسجيلي يلقي لمحات مضيئة من إسهامات قرينة الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، سموّ الشيخة هند بنت مكتوم بن جمعة آل مكتوم، في العمل الخيري واهتمامها بخدمة القرآن الكريم وحفظته، وإعمار بيوت الله
وألقى أحمد الزاهد، عضو اللجنة المنظمة المتحدث الرسمي للجائزة كلمة نيابة عن المستشار إبراهيم بوملحة، مستشار حاكم دبي للشؤون الثقافية والإنسانية رئيس اللجنة المنظمة للجائزة قال فيها «هذه المسابقة التي نحتفل بختام دورتها الرابعة والعشرين، إحدى أهم فعاليات جائزة دبي الدولية للقرآن الكريم، وتستقطب حفظة كتاب الله من مواطني دولة الإمارات والمقيمين على أرضها الطيبة، من الجنسين ممن ترشّحهم مراكز تحفيظ القرآن والمؤسسات القرآنية المنتشرة في أنحاء الدولة، وتسعى الجائزة إلى تشجيعهم وتكريمهم وتأهيل المتميزين من المواطنين والمواطنات لتمثيل الدولة في المسابقات الدولية، وتحظى المسابقة بدعم ورعاية الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، وقرينته سموّ الشيخة هند. وقد حرصا على أن تكون هذه المسابقة مفتوحة للجنسين من مواطنين ومقيمين من حفظة كتاب الله العزيز»
يذكر أن عدد الذين شاركوا في التصفيات النهائية من جميع مدن دولة الإمارات لهذه الدورة بلغ 40 من الذكور و51 من الإناث في فروعها الستة وهي «القرآن الكريم كاملاً»، و«عشرون جزءاً»، و«عشرة أجزاء»، و«خمسة أجزاء للمواطنين»، و«خمسة أجزاء للمقيمين» ممن لا تزيد أعمارهم على عشر سنوات. و«ثلاثة أجزاء للمواطنين» الذين لا تزيد أعمارهم على عشر سنوات.
وألقى الشيخ إبراهيم المنصوري، رئيس لجنة التحكيم كلمة أشاد فيها بالمستوى الذي وصلت إليه المسابقة، وبوصفها ثمرة من ثمرات انتشار مراكز التحفيظ والمسابقات القرآنية الرائدة في دولة الإمارات

إيمانًا بأهمية تعزيز زخم صناعة الحلال عالميًا، انطلقت فعاليات منتدى مكة للحلال تحت شعار « الإبداع في صناعة الحلال »، برعاية وتشريف وزير التجارة السعودي الدكتور ماجد بن عبد الله القصبي، وتحت رعاية الأمين العام لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، السيد حسين إبراهيم طه خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 25 يناير 2024، بمركز غرفة مكة المكرمة للفعاليات والمعارض – المملكة العربية السعودية، بتنظيم من شركة الغرفة الإسلامية لخدمات الحلال وشراكة منافع تمهيدًا لبدء حقبة جديدة من النمو والازدهار في سوق الحلال العالمي
تقام فعاليات المنتدى بمشاركة أهم قادة الحلال من مختلف أنحاء العالم وأكثر من 41 متحدثًا محليًا ودوليًا وبرنامج متفرد للأنشطة والفعاليات، بما في ذلك جلسات حوارية ومعرض الخدمات والمنتجات الحلال مع أكثر من 200 عارض يمثلون 8 صناعات رئيسية وأجنحة خاصة لأكثر من 10 دول، كما شهد المنتدى حفل توقيع خاص لـ 6 اتفاقيات شراكة وتعاون بين قادة الحلال الدوليين، وحضور أكثر من 3000 زائر
في أمسية خالدة، ينعقد حفل افتتاح وعشاء استثنائي لتدشين منتدى مكة للحلال، وذلك وسط حضور نخبة من أهم صناع القرار وقادة وخبراء مجالات الحلال من حول العالم، والذين أكدت رؤاهم القيِّمة على الدور الحيوي للابتكار في صياغة مستقبل غير مسبوق لصناعة الحلال عالميًا
في إطار جهود المملكة العربية السعودية لدعم المسلمين في كافة أنحاء العالم وتعزيز سوق الحلال وتطوير صناعته، صرح معالي وزير التجارة الدكتور ماجد بن عبد الله القصبي، خلال كلمته الافتتاحية لمنتدى مكة للحلال: » تعتبر صناعة الحلال من أسرع الصناعات نموًا في العالم، وحجم سوق الأغذية اليوم يقدر بـ 2.5 تريليون دولار ويتوقع أن يصل إلى 5.8 تريليون دولار في 2033. »
افتتح الحفل الأستاذ عبد الله صالح كامل، رئيس الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية ورئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة مكة المكرمة للتجارة، والذي أشار إلى الأهمية الروحية التي تحتلها المملكة العربية السعودية باعتبارها الوجهة المقدسة للسياحة الحلال في العالم بأسره، وتضم مجموعة من أكبر شركات إنتاج الأغذية والمشروبات الحلال، مصرحًا: « لا زال المسلمون في العالم يثقون في منتجاتها وإن لم تحمل علامة الحلال، حتى أصبحت عبارة « صنع في السعودية » شهادة أقوى من شهادات الحلال المعروفة ». كما أكد سعادته على أهمية منتدى مكة للحلال كمنصة أعمال هائلة تسهم في دعم وتطوير صناعة الحلال وجعلها صناعة عالمية احترافية دافعة لشتى المجالات الحياتية

Vu l’importance du renforcement de l’industrie halal à l’échelle mondiale, le Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal est tenu sous le thème “Innovation dans l’Industrie Halal”, sous le haut patronage du Ministre du Commerce du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite, Son Excellence Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi; et du Secrétaire Général de l’Organisation de Coopération Islamique (OCI), Son Excellence M. Hussein Ibrahim Taha.
Ledit forum a eu lieu du 23 au 25 janvier 2024, au Centre d’événements et d’expositions de la Chambre de Commerce de La Mecque, au Royaume d’Arabie saoudite. Il a été organisé par la Compagnie de la Chambre Islamique pour les Services Halal et en vertu du Partenariat “Manafea”, afin de commencer une nouvelle ère de croissance et de prospérité pour l’industrie halal dans le monde entier.
Le forum a rassemblé 3000 visiteurs, y compris d’éminents leaders et experts de l’industrie halal venant de plus de 30 pays, ainsi que plus de 41 conférenciers locaux et internationaux et plus de 200 exposants représentant 8 industries majeures. De plus, ledit méga-événement a connu un nombre de sessions de discussion fructueuses, une exposition sur les services et produits halal et une cérémonie de signature spéciale de 6 conventions de partenariat et de coopération entre les leaders internationaux de l’industrie halal.
Lors d’une soirée inoubliable, un dîner exceptionnel a été organisé pour inaugurer le Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, en présence d’une sélection distinguée de décideurs, d’experts et de leaders de l’industrie halal du monde entier, qui ont partagé leurs visions précieuses en matière de rôle vital de l’innovation dans la réalisation d’un avenir inédit pour l’industrie halal à l’échelle mondiale.
Dans le cadre des efforts du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite visant à soutenir les Musulmans dans tout le monde, renforcer le marché halal et développer l’industrie halal, le Ministre du Commerce du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite, Son Excellence Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, a prononcé son discours d’ouverture au Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, tout en déclarant: “L’industrie halal est considérée comme l’une des industries à la croissance la plus rapide au monde. En outre, la taille du marché alimentaire est aujourd’hui estimée à 2.5 trillions de dollars et devrait atteindre 5.8 trillions de dollars en 2033”.
S.E. M. Abdullah Saleh Kamel, Président de la Chambre Islamique de Commerce et de Développement et Président de la Chambre de Commerce de La Mecque, a inauguré la cérémonie du forum. Lors de son discours, il a mis l’accent sur l’importance spirituelle du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite, puisqu’il constitue une destination sacrée pour le tourisme halal dans le monde entier, et il regroupe les plus grandes entreprises de production d’aliments et de boissons halal. Son Excellence a déclaré: « Les Musulmans dans le monde font tellement confiance aux produits du Royaume, même s’ils ne portent pas l’étiquette «halal»; alors la phrase «fabriqué en Arabie saoudite» est devenue un certificat plus fort que les certificats halal connus ». Son Excellence a également souligné l’importance du Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, en tant que plateforme d’affaires qui contribue à renforcer l’industrie halal et la transformer en une industrie professionnelle mondiale promouvant divers domaines de la vie.
Lors de son discours à la cérémonie d’ouverture du Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, Son Excellence M. Fawaz Al-Harbi, Président du Conseil d’Administration de la Société de Développement des Produits Halal, a expliqué: “Notre participation, en tant que sponsor officiel à la première édition du Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, reflète notre engagement à unifier les efforts pour faire progresser le système des produits halal et accroître son efficacité aux niveaux local et mondial. En outre, cela contribue à fournir une plateforme qui aide les entreprises et les investisseurs à construire des partenariats avec diverses parties du secteur halal, et à renforcer la position du Royaume en tant que centre mondial de l’industrie halal; ce qui promeut cette industrie et son expansion.
L’exposition sur les produits et services halal, qui est tenue en marge du forum, constitue une nouvelle plateforme mondiale pour les opportunités d’investissement internationales dans le domaine du halal. Plus de 200 exposants représentant 8 industries majeures du monde entier y ont participé pour présenter leurs services et produits; ce qui ouvre la voie à une ère d’innovation inédite pour l’industrie mondiale du halal.
Le forum a présenté également une exposition culinaire spéciale, dans laquelle un groupe de chefs de différentes parties du monde se sont réunis pour montrer leurs talents et capacités uniques en termes de préparation de plats délicieux et innovants par des ingrédients d’origine 100% halal. De plus, des expositions de simulation, qui sont les premières du genre au Moyen-Orient dans le secteur halal, ont eu lieu pour passer en revue l’histoire de l’industrie halal à travers les époques, allant de ses racines historiques jusqu’à son importance contemporaine et ses possibilités infinies.
Le Forum de La Mecque sur le Halal, sous le thème “Innovation dans l’Industrie Halal”, reflète l’engagement inlassable de la Chambre Islamique et de ses partenaires distingués à la promotion de l’industrie halal et à l’amélioration de son statut à l’échelle mondiale. أخيرا، عقد اللقاء المرتقب منذ صباح اليوم في القصر الرئاسي بين رئيس الجمهورية ماكي صال والهيئة المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم لدى المجلس الدستوري. وحضر من الهيئة المذكورة النائب الأسبق شيخ بمب جي مع العديد من الوزراء السابقين أمثال السيد شيخ تيجان غاجو و السيد علي صار والسيدة أمينتا أسوم جاتا.
ويضم الوفد ممثل الحزب الديموقراطي السنغال بعد رفض ملف ترشح السيد كريم واد من طرف المجلس الدستوري بسبب حصوله على جنسية مزدوجة.
وعقب انتهاء الجلسة التي دامت ساعتان ، أعلن السيد شيخ بمب جي أمام الصحافة على أنه وافق 49 حزبا وتجمعا سياسيا من هيئة المتشرحين المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم لدى المجلس الدستوري على تلبية دعوة رئيس الجمهورية. كما أكد في حديثه على أنه تمت مناقشة مسائل عديدة حول الانتخابات الرئاسية وخصوصا أعمال المجلس الدستوري خلال مراقبة الرعاية لجميع المترشحين. وأضاف « جي » على أن الحديث مع رئيس الحمهورية كان يركز على أساس تنظيم انتخابات سلمية واحترام الجدول التنظيمي لها، وإعادة النظر في اللوائح الانتخابية .
كما كشف على أن الهيئة طلبت من رئيس الجمهورية بالتدخل فورا من أجل إيجاد حل في السيد بشير جوماي فاي الذي يعتبر مترشحا مقبولا، ومن المتوقع أن يتم إفراجه في قادم الأيام حسب تعبيره.

Le forum de La Mecque pour les produits halal, qui a débuté aujourd’hui sous le patronage de Son Excellence le Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, ministre du Commerce du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite, devrait contribuer à renforcer le secteur des industries halal avec plusieurs partenariats d’investissement importants et des opportunités économiques prometteuses dans ce secteur vital qui connaît une croissance ascendante grâce à l’augmentation de la demande pour ses produits chez les consommateurs musulmans et les pays non-musulmans.
Le secteur mondial de l’industrie halal se distingue comme une arène économique très prometteuse, avec une prévision de dépenses mondiales des consommateurs sur les produits halal atteignant 2,4 billions de dollars d’ici 2024. La forte demande ne se limite pas aux consommateurs musulmans, car les non-musulmans recherchent des options alimentaires sûres et axées sur la santé.
Le marché mondial halal connaît une croissance importante, estimée à 7,7 billions de dollars d’ici 2025; appuyé par le secteur financier islamique qui s’intéresse par les secteurs de l’industrie alimentaire et des boissons, les produits pharmaceutiques, médicaux, de la santé, la cosmétique, les voyages et le tourisme, ainsi qu’ autres produits et services liés à l’industrie halal. Les rapports économiques prévoient une augmentation notable du marché de l’économie halal au cours de cette décennie, passant de 2,30 billions de dollars en 2020 à 4,96 billions de dollars en 2030 – une augmentation remarquable de 115% sur dix ans.
L’Arabie saoudite, en tant que pionnière dans l’industrie halal mondiale, vise à renforcer sa position au cœur de cette industrie à l’échelle mondiale. À travers le Fonds d’Investissement Public (PIF), l’Arabie saoudite a initié la création d’une entreprise spécialisée dans le « Développement de Produits Halal » en 2022. De plus, elle a inauguré un centre pour les produits halal sous l’autorité de l’Agence Alimentaire et Pharmaceutique, jouant un rôle réglementaire et de supervision pour garantir le respect de la loi islamique dans l’abattage et le stockage de la viande et de la volaille. Le centre supervise également l’industrie alimentaire, cosmétique et les appareils médicaux, assurant leur conformité aux principes islamiques.
Le Forum de la Mecque pour le halal a entamé ses activités aujourd’hui (mardi) sous le patronage de Son Excellence le Dr Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, ministre du Commerce du Royaume d’Arabie saoudite. Il se déroule sous le thème « L’Innovation dans l’Industrie Halal », au Centre d’Exposition et d’Événements de la Chambre de Commerce de La Mecque. L’événement est organisé par Manafaa et la Chambre Islamique des services Halal (ICHS) en partenariat stratégique avec L’Organisation saoudienne de normalisation, de métrologie et de qualité (SASO), ainsi que l’Agence publique des Normes Alimentaires et Médicamenteuses, et avec la participation de la Chambre de Commerce de La Mecque et la Chambre Islamique du Commerce et du Développement.
Le forum aborde, à travers plus de 10 sessions de discussion et 250 réunions, plusieurs questions et sujets liés au secteur de l’industrie halal dans le monde. Cela inclut des thèmes tels que la certification halal, les normes, les derniers cadres réglementaires visant à assurer la sécurité et l’authenticité des produits et services halal, ainsi que l’industrie alimentaire halal. L’événement explore également les tendances, les innovations et les meilleures pratiques dans ce secteur, couvrant la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, le contrôle qualité, la sécurité alimentaire et la prise en compte des diverses préférences des consommateurs.

بعد قرار المجلس الدستوري بشأن القائمة النهائية ، ماكي صال في لقاء مع المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم لدى المجلس الدستوري مساء اليوم.
أعلن مصدر من الرئاسة الجمهورية عن لقاء مرتقب اليوم بين رئيس الجمهورية ماكي صال وهيئة المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم لدى المجلس الدستوري، وذلك بعد قرار الأخير بشأن الانتخابات الرئاسية.
وأثار جدل كبير بين أعضاء الهيئة التي تجمع المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم لدى المجلس الدستوري،عقب قرار السيدة أمينتا توري بمقاطعة هذا اللقاء .
غردت الوزيرة الأولى الأسبق عبر حسابها بتويتر مايلي: » لست مهتمة بأي حال من الأحوال بلقاء ماكي صال الذي طردني بشكل غير قانوني من الجمعية الوطنية وألغى عشرات الآلاف من رعاتي لإقصائي من الانتخابات الرئاسية » .
وشددت السيدة توري في التغريدة نفسها قائلة : « لم يبق أمام ماكي صال سوى احترام الموعد الرسمي للانتخابات الرئاسية في 25 فبراير المقبل ، وتنظيم انتخابات حرة وشفافة، وإطلاق سراح آلاف السجناء السياسيين الذين يقبعون في السجون. كما يتعين على المعارضة أن تتحد من أجل الفوز على مرشحه أمادو با في الجولة الأولى ووضع بلادنا على الطريق نحو التغيير الحقيقي » .
من جانب ٱخر، اعتبر العديد من الهيئة الجديدة (المترشحين المرفوضين ملفاتهم) على أن مقاطعة أمينتا توري بلقاء مع ماكي صال خيانة كبيرة ، لأنها صاحبة المبادرة بجمع توقيعات القادة السياسيين في رسالة نصية وجهت إلى رئيس الجمهورية للتدخل بشأن قرار المجلس الدستوري.
يأتي هذا اللقاء المرتقب اليوم بين رئيس الجمهورية والهيئة المذكورة عقب قرار المجلس الدستوري بإعلان قائمة المترشحين المقبولين في سباق الانتخابات الرئاسية المرتقبة تنظيمها في 25 فبراير 2024 ، حيث تضم 20 مترشحا.
ويتسائل العديد من المراقبين على أن هذا اللقاء قد يعطي فرصة لرئيس الجمهورية بمحاولة تأجيل الانتخابات، في حين يرى البعض على أن عرقلة نظام الانتخابات غير ممكنة في هذه الحالة بسبب اقتراب موعد الحملات الانتخابية.
وكان المجلس الدستوري قد رفض ترشح كريم ميسا واد وعثمان سونكو باعتبار أن الأول يحمل جنسية مزدوجة، والثاني أدين بشأن قضية التشهير مع وزير السياحة والترفيه مام امبي نياغ.
أعلن رئيس أركان البحرية الوطنية, السيد “عبد سين ” يوم الثلاثاء في داكار أنه “لم يعد هناك أي أمل في العثور على ” الكوماندوز السنغاليين الخمسة المفقودين في البحر منذ يوم الجمعة 5 يناير.
